New concept: We now offer aluminium inserts for maximum convenience and flexibility

Let us introduce you to the newest addition to our assortment – aluminium inserts for increased flexibility. The aluminium inserts are designed to fit a selection of our most popular Ready2Cook^® aluminium containers. The inserts separate protein, vegetables, and sauces from each other, allowing for more convenience and flexibility.

Ready2Cook^® containers with inserts are the ideal, recyclable food packaging solution for ready meals that contain protein, vegetables, salads, sauces, and more.

Flexibility is key

The aluminium inserts are ideal for ready-to-cook and ready-to-heat meals. The inserts enable food separation, which means that meat, vegetables, and sauces do not come into contact with each another. Furthermore, the inserts are ideal for meals consisting of types of food that need different cooking times. The inserts come in two different sizes and they provide different display options. The smaller insert contain 400 ml of food and the bigger insert contain 674 ml of food.

Fits a selection of Ready2Cook® containers

The new insert is designed to fit our popular Ready2Cook^® containers with the item numbers 0192110201, 0192110203, 0192110200, and 0192112200. The containers come with and without a grill bottom. These containers in combination with our new aluminium inserts are the perfect solution for ready-to-cook and ready-to-heat meals. Furthermore, this solution can go directly into the oven, microwave, or even on the grill, as all components are made from convenient aluminium.

Easy-to-recycle lids

Ready2Cook^® with inserts also come with a matching lid with anti-fog feature. The anti-fog feature helps prevent fog collection inside the lid after the warm meal has been placed in the container. In addition, the lids are made from crystal-clear PET material, offering complete view of the food. PET is a mono-material which is easy to recycle, supporting a circular economy.

74% recycled aluminium content

Consistent with our Ready2Cook^® containers, the aluminium used for these inserts comes with 74% recycled content. Aluminium is a material that is 100% recyclable and can be recycled forever and ever, supporting a circular economy. That is why in Plus Pack, we call it the champion in a circular economy.
